2.5 oz. Moulin Vodka • 2 oz. local apple cider
½ oz. homemade all natural elderflower reduction
1 purple orchid
Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake. Pour into martini glass. Garnish with an orchid.
6 oz. Moulin Vodka • 1 oz. brine from olive
1 dash Dry Vermouth • 2 stuffed green olives
In a mixing glass, combine vodka, dry vermouth, brine and olives. Pour into a glass over ice. Either drink on the rocks, or strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
